FEAmax Price Schedule

Typical price ranges for common project scopes.

These published figures are reference ranges, not binding quotations. Final pricing depends on the actual geometry, physics, inputs, deliverables, schedule and review requirements.

Final Quote Factors

What can move a project outside the reference range?

Geometry & Inputs

CAD cleanup, missing dimensions, large assemblies and incomplete operating data add review effort.

Physics & Complexity

Nonlinear, transient, multiphysics, contact and multiple design cases require additional setup and interpretation.

Deliverables

A focused engineering summary has a different scope from a formal report, drawing package or presentation.

Schedule

Urgent deadlines, extra review cycles and coordination across several stakeholders can affect the quote.

Computing & Software

Special software modules, code development, CPU time and data processing may be quoted separately.

Physical Work

Testing, materials, travel, prototypes, tooling, production, inspection, freight and duties are not included in analysis ranges.

Information for an Accurate Quote

Four inputs help reduce assumptions and quotation delay.

  1. Step 1

    Product files

  2. Step 2

    Operating conditions

  3. Step 3

    Primary concern

  4. Step 4

    Expected output

Pricing Questions

Understand the scope before comparing quotes.

Are the published prices fixed quotes?

No. They are reference ranges for common scopes. FEAmax reviews the actual files, physics, deliverables and schedule before issuing a written quote.

Can a complex project be divided into phases?

Yes. Initial review, baseline analysis, design comparison and final reporting can be quoted as separate decision points when that reduces uncertainty.

What can reduce project cost?

Clean CAD, clear load or operating conditions, a focused engineering question and an agreed deliverable reduce assumptions and rework.

Are manufacturing and testing expenses included?

No. Materials, laboratory fees, prototypes, tooling, production, inspection, shipping, duties and travel are quoted separately when required.
