| Before upload your files |
- We accept any CAD/FEA file types. If the file size is less than 10M, we suggest you attach it to your outgoing email.
- Please zip your file and set password protecetion before upload. After upload your files, please send the password to us by email.
- When sending us your file, please include as much information as possible. The more information that we have, the quicker we can get you a fully comprehensive quote.

- Upload your large files to our server by FTP
- Send us your large files through third-part server
- Write your file and analysis request into a CD and send it to us by regular mail

- To upload files by FTP, you need download and install a free FTP software: FileZilla
- Try to avoid any blank spaces in your filenames and replace with an underline "_" if needed.

- There are many free online file storage space for your files upload. You can setup an account and upload your files to those free host.
- After upload your files, please send us the account number and password. Therefore we can download the file for analysis.
